At the end of your Trawler Training Course, and upon successfully completing all the segments of the course, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. This certificate is your "golden ticket" to proving your experience in handling trawlers, which is required by many Bareboat Trawler Charter companies. Furthermore, if you do purchase a trawler and wish to insure her, this certificate may help you secure a better insurance rate. Make sure you tell your insurance agent that you have a proof of experience in trawler handling, and it may very well pay for itself in a few years time.
