40' MIAMI MERMAID SUNDECK TRAWLER


The large sundeck with easy access from the salon is the entertainment area. You can wine and dine, entertain, suntan, cocktail hour...
 

There is no better place to navigate other than the fly bridge. It has three sided wrap around islinglass and a full bimini top for protection. The engine room is clean, clean, clean and fully lit up like a baseball field at night. It has a single 165 Perkins Turbocharger (you can go 360 degrees around her), 8 house 12V golf batteries, two high cranking engines and it's own generator battery. The Miami Mermaid has plenty of power! Two 1,000 engine Racors, one 500 generator Racor electric fuel pump, oil transfer system, 2 alternators: 50 Amp and high output 150 Amp. 8 kts @ 1800 RPM's, 10 kts @ 2100 RPM's, 2 gph burn. 8kw Westerbeke Generator, 3000 Heart Watt Inverter, New GPS Chartplotter, New Blue Chip map, new Raymarine autopilot.


She also features a 10'5" hard bottom dinghy and 15 hp Johnson outboard.

 

The Miami Mermaid is a fully air conditioned (three new units), very clean, refurbished 2004 trawler. Your master aft stateroom is extra large with plenty of his and hers port & starboard draws and built in closet storage space, private en suite head and its own separate shower stall.
 

The yacht has a huge salon with extra large panoramic windows and full entertainment center. 27" flat screen TV and Sony surround sound system. The Miami Mermaid also features a helm down, forward guest stateroom (captain's quarters) and private head. Stainless steel galley down, all home made cooking, this is owner operated and well looked after. I'm very easy and cater to my company on board.
